Last updated: June 2026. TruckDesk is a marketing & operations platform for home-service contractors, operated by Inland Pacific Exteriors LLC during its beta.
If you connect a Google account, TruckDesk requests access to your Gmail and Google Calendar solely to provide features you initiate inside TruckDesk — for example: searching/reading your email to find and file attachments and summarize messages; sending an email on your behalf when you ask; and creating or reading calendar events you ask for. We do not access your Google data for any other purpose.
Limited Use. TruckDesk's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except: (a) with your explicit consent (e.g. to troubleshoot a support request), (b) where required for security or to comply with law, or (c) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. We request the narrowest scopes needed for the features above.
Your data is stored in a secured cloud database, isolated per account, with encrypted off-site backups. We never expose your raw connected-account data to other customers.
You can disconnect a Google or Microsoft account at any time from My profile → Connections, which revokes TruckDesk's access. You may request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us; we delete it within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.
We do not sell your personal information or your connected-account data to anyone.
