TruckDesk is a marketing & operations platform for home-service contractors, operated by Inland Pacific Exteriors LLC. During beta the service is provided "as is" and may change as we improve it.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Account owners are responsible for any employee sub-accounts they invite.
You retain ownership of the jobs, contacts, files, and other content you put into TruckDesk. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service.
Don't use TruckDesk to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access data that isn't yours.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
